Avfuel announced on Tuesday that Sky X will become a member of its FBO network when it opens in January 2026.
Sky X is a full-service FBO that will be located at the Hammond Northshore Regional Airport (HDC) in Louisiana. Once it is opened, the facility will provide aircraft maintenance, avionics, charter services, aircraft management and sales.
The project is divided into two phases, with its second phase planned for completion in Spring 2026. The first phase includes a 10,000 sq. ft. FBO and a 30,000-square-foot hangar and the second phase includes two additional 30,000 sq. ft. hangars. Once completed, it will have 245,000 sq. ft. of combined hangar and ramp space.

The FBO is designed with a blend of modern sophistication and elevated comfort.
