Private aviation network XO expands global access and lifestyle experiences

Vista private aviation network subsidiary XO announced on Wednesday that it has expanded global access to its aircraft, curated events and lifestyle experiences for its members.
The company claims that high-net-worth individuals are increasingly prioritizing lifestyle experiences and exclusive networks. XO offers flexible, on-demand access to a fleet of over 2,000 vetted aircraft ranging from light jets for regional travel to large-cabin aircraft for long-haul journeys. Its members range from business leaders to entrepreneurs and private individuals. In 2026, the company plans to expand its portfolio of lifestyle partnerships and destinations.
XO is positioning its private aviation membership as both a mobility solution and as an access point into luxury experiences. The company has an established presence in the U.S. and is expanding across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
“Today’s global flyers expect more than access to aircraft,” said Vista CMO Matteo Atti. “They expect transparency, flexibility, and meaningful advantages that extend beyond the journey. They want a seamless ecosystem that anticipates their needs, unlocks exclusive opportunities, and delivers value at every touchpoint — in the air and on the ground.”

The membership is designed to provide more value the more members fly. Frequent flyers unlock greater benefits, including loyalty credits, priority fleet access during peak travel periods, and enhanced flexibility when booking. In 2026, members gain access to sporting, cultural and business events like the Miami and Monaco Grand Prix golf tournaments.
