JSfirm.com has 143 percent increase in job openings

The beginning of the 2023 year is trending upwards for JSfirm.com (HELI-EXPO Booth C2204). The number of hiring companies and job seekers that are actively using JSfirm.com has surpassed numbers from any previous year.

Compared to 2022, JSfirm.com has seen a 105.76 percent increase in applicant flow due to people changing jobs for better opportunities. This includes applications for all aspects of the industry including maintenance, avionics, management, engineering, pilots and sales.

JSfirm.com confidently predicts it will continue to see an increase in applications through the remainder of the first quarter and likely throughout 2023. The number of overall companies advertising on JSfirm.com has also increased by 143.16 percent compared to 2022.

JSfirm.com attributes a significant increase in activity, from both job seekers and companies to the overall demand for qualified professionals in the aviation industry.

“Companies who have traditionally not had a problem making hires are now turning to our website to increase their applicant flow,” Executive Director Abbey Hutter said. “It’s so competitive right now, companies literally can’t keep up with what their competitors are offering.”
