Sebring Resorts, a luxury lifestyle community in Sebring, Florida, announced on Wednesday the launch of the Sebring Jet Center.
The state-of-the-art facility is located at the Sebring Regional Airport (SEF) and is the latest addition to the community’s portfolio of luxury aviation and lifestyle developments. The premium aircraft storage space has only up to 14 hangars available, with pricing starting from $1.25 million. The resort claims the limited release combines functionality, security and modern design.

Each hangar has 22 ft bi-fold doors and a hurricane wind rating. Buyers can choose between 70′ x 70′ and 90′ x 90′ configurations to better accommodate a variety of aircraft types. Units include private and guest parking, badge and FOB access, full sprinkler systems and plumbing for office and bathroom installations. The airport features two runways with a full-service FBO and fuel provided by Sebring Flight Center. Sebring Resorts states that the close proximity to Sebring International Raceway adds to the jet center’s appeal for pilots and enthusiasts alike.
