EBAA announces new dates for EBACE 2026

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has announced the new dates for EBACE26.
The convention will now take place from June 1 to June 4 at the Palexpo and the Geneva Airport in Switzerland. June 1 will be a dedicated media day for press conferences, aircraft unveilings and interviews. EBAA states the dates were chosen after reviewing the broader global events calendar and discussions with exhibitors, the EBACE Advisory Council and other stakeholders. It claims the decision will improve the overall experience of the show.
“After carefully assessing the market, we are confident that holding EBACE26 from 2 to 4 June 2026 will offer a better experience for everyone involved,” said EBAA CEO Stefan Benz. “The updated dates are aligned more closely with the needs and requirements of all our exhibitors from different regions, our visitors and support the reimagined format we are introducing for the 2026 edition.”

General exhibitor bookings will open in January, with what EBAA claims is the most competitive pricing model in recent years. Prices for the aircraft display should also be around one-fifth the cost of previous EBACE editions. Indoor exhibit space will be allocated based on stand size and exhibitor loyalty and the limited premium spaces will be determined by randomised selection on Jan. 8. Previously, it was announced that outdoor display exhibitors will have the option to host clients in bespoke hospitality structures.
“Our commitment is to deliver an event that adds value and return of investment for all our audiences,” said Benz. “The updated dates, alongside the new layout and commercial approach, are designed to make it easier for companies to plan their presence, host customers and do business in Geneva.”
