Correction, June 5: Zoghlin will remain CEO of ATPCO until June 20, at which point Palmiere will become interim CEO. In an earlier version of this report, ATPCO indicated Palmiere would become interim CEO effective immediately.
Alex Zoghlin has resigned from his role as CEO of ATPCO, effective June 20, the company announced Wednesday. He will depart to “pursue a new professional opportunity, to be announced soon,” according to the company.
ATPCO CFO Vince Palmiere will be appointed interim CEO while the company’s board of directors conducts a global search for Zoghlin’s replacement.
A founder of Orbitz and direct-connect provider G2 SwitchWorks, Zoghlin joined ATPCO on Jan. 1, 2021. He also has worked at organizations including Hyatt Hotels Corp. and Boston Consulting Group.
