U.K.-based travel management company ATPI has named a new management team for the U.S. to drive further growth in the market, the company announced.
Ettienne de Swardt, who has led ATPI’s sales and account management in North America for more than a decade, has been named managing director for the United States. ATPI said it has had “substantial growth” across the U.S. and credited de Swardt with driving that growth.
Judy Peplinski, who during the past decade has been ATPI’s managing director for the U.S., now is head of global strategy for ATPI’s energy division. Both Peplinski and de Swardt largely will focus on the energy, marine and mining sector in the U.S., and that overall effort will be led by ATPI’s newly appointed head of energy, Zara Higgins.
The U.S. expansion and the three appointments are part of ATPI’s effort to broaden its reach in the energy sector beyond the United Kingdom.
