Corporate travel AI technology company Amgine has launched a new agentic AI module for travelers to self-service, the company announced.
The module, Jeni, lets travelers use natural language to shop, get itinerary options and manage bookings within policy parameters, according to Amgine. It was developed to be a “consumer-grade experience” for travelers, freeing up agents to focus on more high-touch needs, the company said.
Additionally, Amgine announced that it has renamed its booking platform—which can integrate with PNR systems and both global distribution system and New Distribution Capability content to enable bookings via email and messaging platforms—the Amgine Experience. The platform has been “gaining significant traction” among travel management companies, with MGME, Travel Inc. and Atlas Travel among those that have deployed it, according to Amgine.
Amgine also said that BCD Travel has signed a commercial agreement with the company following a four-month pilot.
