Two Indiana FBOs join Avfuel branded FBO network

Avfuel has announced that the Fort Wayne Aero Center and the Smith Field Aero Center have been added to its FBO Network.
The Fort Wayne Aero Center is located at the Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) in Indiana. It has over 100,000 sq. ft of heated hangar space that can accommodate aircraft up to a G650. The facility features a modern lobby, a pilot lounge, two conference rooms with combined seating for 22, a fitness center with private showers and an executive passenger terminal.
Its sister location, Smith Field Aero Center, is located at the Smith Field Airport (SMD), which is also in Fort Wayne. It is one of the oldest surviving aviation sites in the United States and provides full-service fueling, T-hangar rentals, tie-downs, crew car and flight planning services. Avfuel claims that both locations will provide convenient access to downtown Fort Wayne businesses and will position the city as a stopover while traveling between regional destinations and major hubs.
