Gulfstream expands Wisconsin facility, adds 200 jobs
Gulfstream is investing more than $55 million into its Appleton, Wisconsin, facility, hiring for more than 200 positions to meet growing demand. Positions are open for engineers, mechanics, avionics technicians, and more.
“Gulfstream continues to make significant investments across the company to address both current demand and future growth in our completions and Customer Support operations,” said Mark Burns, president of Gulfstream. “The investment in our Appleton facility is a key part of our overall strategy to provide our customers with industry-leading completions and support worldwide.”
Gulfstream will be hosting a job fair in Appleton on June 9, 2022, at its facility to fill the open positions.
Additionally, the manufacturer is constructing an aircraft paint facility in Appleton with operations set to begin in the third quarter of 2023. The custom-designed 73,000 square foot facility will be able to pain up to 48 aircraft per year, allowing Gulfstream to perform the entire aircraft completions process from start to finish in Appleton.
Gulfstream has been working to expand multiple facilities within its network, including its Missouri completions facility, Arizona aircraft service center, and customer support service centers in Texas and the United Kingdom.
